At Dope Focus, your satisfaction is our priority. We understand that sometimes a purchase may not work out, and we’re here to make the return or exchange process as smooth as possible.

Return and Exchange Window
  • Returns: You may return an item within 30 days of receiving it.
  • Exchanges: You may exchange an item within 30 days of receiving it.
  • Items must be returned in original condition, unused, and with all original tags, packaging, and accessories included.
  • We do not charge any restocking fees.
Refund Processing Time
  • Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 10 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Items Not Eligible for Return

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Items showing signs of use, wear, or damage.
  • Items missing original tags, packaging, or accessories.
  • Gift cards purchases.
Condition Requirements

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, items must be:

  • In the same condition as when you received them.
  • Free from stains, odors, scratches, or other signs of wear.
  • Returned with all original components (dust bags, boxes, authentication cards, etc., if applicable).
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Send an email to info@dopefocus.shop with your order number and reason for return.

Return Shipping
  • If a return is requested due to reasons such as providing an incorrect address, selecting the wrong size, or changing your mind, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs and arranging the return shipping label.
  • If the return is due to an error on our side (such as sending the wrong item, wrong color, or a defective product), Dope Focus will cover the return shipping costs and provide you with a prepaid return shipping label.
  • In all cases, returned items must be packaged securely to avoid damage during transit.
Inspection and Approval

Once we receive your return, our team will carefully inspect it to confirm it meets our return requirements. If approved, your refund or exchange will be processed in 10 business days.
