Our daily order cut-off time is 4:00 PM (GMT-05:00) Eastern Standard Time New York, Monday to Friday. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.

We offer a flat shipping rate of $6 on all standard deliveries within the United States. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

We always aim to use the fastest and most secure shipping method available. Your order will be delivered within 7–9 business days from the date of purchase, which includes:

  • Processing: 1–2 business days
  • Transit: 6–7 business days

Please note that delivery times may be affected by weather conditions, carrier delays, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Fulfillment Timeline

When your order is packaged and labeled, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. From there, your package will be handed over to the carrier for delivery.

Carrier Responsibility

If you have not received your package:

  2. If marked “delivered” but not found, check around your property and with neighbors.
  3. Contact the carrier to request assistance or arrange alternate pickup options.

If the package cannot be located after following these steps, contact us and we will open an investigation with the carrier. Please note that:

  • Claims can take several days to resolve.
  • We will not issue a refund or send a replacement until the claim process is complete.
